EVALUASI PENGGUNAAN APLIKASI SIM-RS MENGGUNAKAN METODE HOT-FIT

Abstract

At RSUD Besemah since SIMRS has been implemented, there has never been a SIMRS evaluation.  Therefore, the researcher will conduct research by introducing SIMRS in RSUD Besemah using HOT-FIT method. This study aims to see the Net benefit of SIMRS implementation in RSUD Tora Belo Sigi District. This study is Quantitative research with cross sectional design to measure the variable of human, organization, and technolog toward SIMRS net benefit in RSUD Besemah. Since the population is less than 100 then the sample is taken using total sampling technique. Data analysis is done by using SEM PLS and the application name used is SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study explains that there are three factors that affect the net benefit: the environmental organization with p-values of 0.007, the user satisfaction primarily p-values of 0.008, and and the quality of service with p-values of 0.020. While the factors that do not have an influence on the net benefit of SIMRS at Besemah Hospital are: system use, organizational structure, system quality, and information quality. The conclusion of this study is that in general the SIMRS at Besemah Hospital, Pagar Alam City is good and has benefits for the user. The use of SIMRS is perceived to have an impact on services, namely helping to increase the response time of patient services. The information in SIMRS is self-explanatory. Respondents also stated that the information provided was complete, easy to access and easy to read. Suggestions that can be given to Besemah Hospital, Pagar Alam City, are by improving and developing the quality of the system and also routine and periodic maintenance of both software and hardware in related units.

Di RSUD Besemah  Sejak SIMRS diimplementasikan, belum pernah dilakukan evaluasi SIMRS.  Oleh karena itu peneliti akan melakukan penelitian dengan mengevaluasi SIMRS di RSUD Besemah menggunakan metode HOT-FIT. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat Net benefit terhadap implementasi SIMRS di RSUD Besemah. Penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain cross sectional untuk mengukur variabel human, organization, dan technology terhadap net benefit SIMRS di RSUD Besemah. Karena jumlah populasi kurang dari 100 maka sampel diambil dengan menggunakan teknik total sampling. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan SEM PLS dan nama aplikasi yang dipakai adalah SmartPLS versi 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menjelaskan bahwa ada tiga faktor yang mempengaruhi net benefit yaitu: lingkungan organisasi dengan p-values 0,007, kepuasan pengguna dengan p-values 0,008, dan kualitas layanan dengan p-values 0,020.  Sedangkan faktor yang tidak memiliki pengaruh terhadap net benefit SIMRS di RSUD Besemah adalah: penggunaan sistem, struktur organisasi, kualitas sistem, dan kualitas informasi. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu secara umum SIMRS di RSUD Besemah Kota Pagar Alam sudah baik dan memiliki kebermanfaatan bagi user. Penggunaan SIMRS dipersepsikan memberikan dampak pada pelayanan yaitu membantu meningkatkan response time pelayanan pasien. Informasi dalam SIMRS sudah cukup jelas. Responden juga menyatakan bahwa informasi yang tersedia cukup lengkap, mudah diakses dan mudah dibaca. Saran yang dapat diberikan kepada RSUD Besemah Kota Pagar Alam yaitu dengan yaitu dengan perbaikan dan pengembangan kualitas sistem dan juga pemeliharaan secara rutin dan berkala baik perangkat lunak maupun perangkat keras di unit-unit terkait.
